   Excellent experience top to bottom! Great service, amazing food and excellent atmosphere. We are in from Southern California with a lot of great restaurant spots nearby, but this one was extra special :)

   Overall, I was disappointed with our dinner experience. I expected a lot more for this being a high end restaurant. Food presentation was non existent. I ordered the Filet Oscar and it was thrown on a big empty plate with a side of overcooked potatoes (that reminded me of diner potatoes), 3 pieces of asparagus and no garnish or anything to make it feel like a special meal. Service was pretty lackluster for an auto 20% gratuity added to the bill. Waited at least 20-30 mins between visits from our server- he never asked how anything was, never asked once if we needed refills on cocktails, waited 30 mins after finishing to pay the bill, etc. I know he was busy, but again, just not the service I expected here. Atmosphere was ok, but the 80s music playing loudly all night made me a little crazy. Best part about our evening was the amazing valet service, honestly!

   Our first time here and it won’t be our last!!! The seafood tower is amazing (def a share with a group). From the cocktails, dinner, service and pricing we had a wonderful night ! Highly recommend

   The food was a delight! The atmosphere very cool & the service from our waiter, Joe, was top tier!! We had a fantastic dining experience!! Thank you, we’ll be back:-)

   Everything was top notch as always. Blue Point is my favorite restaurant in Cleveland. My kids and I were celebrating my birthday and we had an absolutely fabulous experience! Robert was a wonderful server. The manager came over to make sure our experience was fabulous which it was. We will be back for my next special celebration!

   I had the salmon with lobster risotto and green beans while she had the tenderloin with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Both excellent. She asked for the steak medium. We usually ask for medium rare at other restaurants and it often comes back too rare, so we started asking for medium. At Blue Point you get what you ask for. Something to bear in mind if you want a steak instead of a great fish dish. Service was professional and courteous. Price was reasonable for what we had. I'd rather pay more for quality ingredients expertly prepared. Another restaurant that we used to go to took the route of lowering the quality of the ingredients and downgrading the recipes, so we stopped ordering the dishes we used to liked, and eventually stopped going there. Blue Point has good wines by the glass and a few non-alcoholic choices, so we were happy with our drinks, too.

   This is a fantastic restaurant! We were hoping for a great place for fresh seafood and steak and we found it right here. If you have not been here, you must try it. We will be back for sure.

    We tried Blue Point based on a recommendation from our local customer. The appearance and location were a plus. Big windows, Blue velvet booths, dark wood and upscale ambiance. Excellent service white table cloths, and a good wine list. I had the sea bass it was cooked perfectly, golden crispy, melt in your mouth over a complementary portion of savory polenta. May be ruined on sea bass forever now, wonderful. My guest had Crab cakes and we enjoyed cheesecake for dessert. It was a transcendent dining experience!
