Bluestone serves only Certified Angus Beef, meaning the steaks are of the highest quality offered within the meat industry. Bill Tackett, the owner, also orders all of his beef to be aged in an oxygen-free atmosphere for 21-45 days to allow the enzymes to break down muscle tissue and tenderize the meat. With all of the steak, seafood, and delicious pasta dishes steeped in cream sauce reductions, guests will have a tough time making a decision. But whether you choose the Northern Italian Sea Scallops, the Aged Blue Ribeye, Chilean Sea Bass, or the new Sicilian Pasta featuring pan seared tenderloin and our family recipe from-scratch marinara sauce, everything is expertly prepared and perfectly crafted. “Cooking is a symphony between protein, root veggies, florals and aromatics, a balance of all of these to come up with something people enjoy."

Easy to get a reservation at the time we preferred. My son ordered fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and it only came with 2. They charged extra for the soup side, which I had assumed was including in his entree. My son ordered steak ‘medium’ and came out med rare. Good portion sizes for the sides like mashed potatoes and fries. The fried goat cheese was a fun and different appetizer to try; it might have been better served with bread vs toast/baguette.

The aged steak was not up to par.. have had many and not sure if aged bad or just bad cut but def not worth the price.. sorry just being honest

Food and Service was very good. Menu has lots of variety. Our waitress was attentive and friendly! Enjoyed the live music.

We love going to Bluestone. Found it a few years ago and went for our anniversary and have been going back ever since. Hard to beat a steak you can cut with a fork and the live music makes the experience even more enjoyable.

For a steakhouse, my ribeye was VERY disappointing. The sauteed mushrooms too weren't very good. The loaded baked potato was, however, delicious, as was my wife's artichoke chicken (hers was outstanding). I was torn between the Halibut and steak and the waiter suggested the ribeye. I should've gone with my gut and had seafood. We won't be back, unless it's for the artichoke chicken.

Had been looking forward to trying this place and was disappointed. Poor service and there were less than 8 tables of diners and lots of servers standing around talking to one another. Had to ask for bread after meal had been served. And water glass was empty. Charged $10 to split a $60 meal. Ambience was average but not worth the prices. I’ll stick with Fleming’s or Ruth Chris.
