   Our waitress was great! She recommended the flounder and the shrimp and grits. We ordered both and both were amazing. We also had the bbq shrimp and jalapeño poppers for an appetizer and they too were very good. Definitely recommend this place and will visit again.

   It was very door. Chris our waiter was friendly and responsive. The food was fantastic! There was a live band in the bar area but the noise was not overwhelming.

   The food was very good. I had the Mahi Mahi special and a ceasar salad. My husband had a cheeseburger which was also very good. Great service and festive Christmas atmosphere.

   The food was excellent and our server, Thia, was very good. My black-eyed pea and ham soup was perfectly flavorful and the peach-barbecue bacon-wrapped shrimp were absolutely delicious. My wife’s she-crab soup and baked crab-stuffed shrimp with pasta and asparagus was equally good. We finished with a chocolate croissant bread pudding. Wow. A truly unexpected and memorable meal.

   First time dining here and we were impressed. Picked the restaurant for location and history we were very pleasantly surprised with how excellent the food and service was. We had the she crab soup, bouillabaise and shrimp and grits and the food was outstanding and large servings. Our waiter was very attentive and the service was prompt and excellent. Finished with the bourbon pecan pie that was so good. The view and ambiance are great, but the stars are the food and service.

   The food was just okay. Filetwas cooked perfectly but just plain. Did their stuffed jalapeños poppers as an appetizer. Mine are better. Barely any flavor or cream cheese and expensive for what we got. Server was a bit quirky which was uncomfortable. I would not go back only because there is better out there. But not a terrible experience.
