   I went on Christmas Day with a reservation. Despite reservation we still had to wait 15 minutes past the reservation for a seat. I think this was because it was very busy Christmas. Service was pretty good, the drinks were refilled, and food didn’t take too long. We ordered prawn appetizers and it came lukewarm and no longer crispy. I also got lobster bisque soup which came warm, not hot. My dinner also came just warm. Overall the food tasted very good and the servers were very friendly and warm. My only complaint is none of the food came hot.

   We dined on Christmas Day and everything was excellent. The meal choice was really good even though a set menu it had great choices. Kyle was our waiter and although crazy busy he was attentive and on top of everything all while keeping a smile! Kyle is an excellent waiter you are lucky to have him. All the staff were cheerful, accommodating and just made it a great Christmas experience.

   First of all we booked in November for Christmas Dinner and when we arrived they had no idea where to sit us. We were sat at a booth so cramped that it was hard to get in and out. The server was was rude and did not get our orders correct and I ended up paying for 3 extra orders of lobster tails that I did not order. The food quality was sub par and cost $80 per person there was 5 of us. My husband could not even get a drink the way he wanted it and the waiter said that it was the way the drinks are (ceaser) and refused to change it. The whole time the waiter was arrogant, passive aggressive. Our Christmas dinner was supposed to be pleasant and fun it ended up being rushed and angry. Right at the moment that we sat down the waiter made each and everyone of us feel uncomfortable. We will never go to this restaurant again, I spent $750 and it was a huge waste of money and couldn't wait to get out of there.

   Wheelchair washroom was not working when my 91 year old mom needed it. Not great. Also the steak was tough and chewy. Our server was excellent. Seafood chowder was delicious, as was the crème brûlée. We appreciate that you were open on Christmas.

   The service was terrible, my son order a cheese burger and he didn’t even eat it because it’s too dry and there’s not enough cheese on it. Going to Christmas Eve they don’t have any other menu except the set menu for $75 so you’re stuck even if you don’t like it and when I booked they never mention about it. But the service was terrible the lava cake that came with the set menu was horrible not worth, I do understand it’s Christmas Eve busy but when you decide to open that time you should put enough people, instead of me and my son having a good time we’re starving and by the time food came we weren’t patients anymore, not good to celebrate Christmas dinner.

   We had reservations for 6:45 and seated promptly our server brought Menus and asked if we would like water. The water arrived after approximately 5 minutes. Approximately 10 minutes later we were asked if we would like any other drinks. We order wine sodas and appetizers. This was a set menu for the night as it was Christmas Eve the drinks arrived 15-20 minutes later. Our server took our orders this was nearly 1 hour into being seated. Appetizers came out shortly after that meals arrived 45 minutes after that. The server returned at the end of our meal to ask how things were most were good one of the steaks arrived Blue and not medium rare and cool to the touch. We at that point asked for additional soda and water refills. 20 minutes later we had to find the server to ask for our included dessert to be served. The server did not return to ask we we wanted any other drinks As my 3 parking was about to expire. After the desert she asked if we would like coffee or tea by then I just said the bill please which was promptly delivered and waited for payment for $600 I expected better service

    Yikes. We waited nearly two hours before we placed our orders. We’re actually still stuck here after three hours.
