   We brought family from Vermont for Thanksgiving dinner and it was amazing. They were very impressed with the water view, the food and the waitstaff. We will continue to bring out of town guests to impress!

   The Boathouse is always a treat! Some restaurants can’t pull off the same level of excellence on a holiday as they do on a regular day. Not true here. Everthing was top notch! It is on our regular rotation of favorite restaurants.

   We went for Thanksgiving! Everything was impeccable the service is top notch. Our server Kaley was on point. Never had to ask for anything she couldn’t do enough for us. We will be going there every time we come to town.

   I’d love to thank Jenna for our wonderful experience it was my daughter’s first time there along with my youngest daughter, and friends that had never been. Jenna was so kind, friendly, attentive, courteous and even told us about the special. Jenna made sure we were all taken care of and was around every time one of our drinks were reaching the bottom would come back within minutes and there she was smiling.

   Our food was delicious! We went there partially to get the cauliflower app but it was no longer on the menu - we hope you’ll bring it back. My daughter is a vegetarian and sadly there seem to be fewer option on the menu than other Newport Rest group restaurants. Loved the brownie dessert, wow! Our server, Morgan?, was excellent and said she’d work with us on the vegetarian choices like asking the chef to make a pasta prima vera. She opted for a salad. If anything, I’d note my side salad seemed like it was freshly made and was a little cold and wilted. My daughter’s salad (both field greens with brussel sprouts) appeared to be the same. Are they made ahead of time and refrigerated, I wonder??

    The service and food are always exceptional. It’s a wonderful atmosphere to celebrate occasions, but also to have a low key excellent dinner with friends and family.
