For a restaurant in Mayfair which has been marked as an ‘upmarket’ restaurant - you do not get value for money here. The service was received was extremely poor and we were shocked to experience what we experienced. Service was pretty slow and I had an empty glass for at least 20 mins and the waiter took our glass away and didn’t not ask if wanted another. When taking away our mains - the waiter did not ask if we would like dessert which led us to then not wanting dessert. When we were eating our mains, the waiter began clearing and preparing another table and just took away our salt, pepper and oil without even asking! Food was average with very high prices - you could definitely go elsewhere and experience better food for the same value. I don’t expect to go out for an upmarket date night and see other diners in football shirts and shorts. Also, please don’t ask what we are celebrating and not mention or congratulate- it’s pointless asking.

Good, but over rated.. Food was good, nothing to fault. Starters and desserts were good, mains (margherita pizza, cacio e pepe and truffle chips) were definitely enjoyable. Standard of service however, by Gaia, was definitely sub standard. She was rushed, quite stern, looked disinterested. Only time we got a smile was when we were requested to leave a review... Good place, but overly priced given poor service and food which is just good (expected more/better) - not quite sure it's worth the money spent..
