Highly disappointing experience given the hype and expense. Both of our drinks were sent back as they were impossible to drink; alcohol tasted like low quality and the drink was poorly balanced. My steak had to be sent back several times as it came out raw each time - shocking given steak is the restaurant specialty. The service was great, friendly, highly attentive - though a bit overwhelming at times. I appreciate the comped dessert for the inconvenience, but had high expectations. Wouldn’t consider paying the prices again given many other options locally.

If you come to San Antonio, this place is a must. So many people recommended it to us, and we can see why. Awesome food and service.

This was our first night on our visit to San Antonio and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left it was a 10/10 experience. The service, the ambiance, the food were all top notch. Will definitely be back every time Im in town.

The service and ambience was good. Everyone at our table’s food was good although the escargot was somewhat salty.

I have been to Bohanon's several times in the past and since I was in town I thought would go back again and bring a couple of buddies who have not been. Drinks are a bit pricey, but started off with that. I was a little disappointed that they forgot our appetizers, i was looking forward to the candied bacon! Food was great as always. We all had ribeyes and they were cooked just right, medium rare! It's been almost 3 years since the last time I was here and I will say the price of everything has gone up considerably, like everything else I guess. Overall a very good experience, I highly recommend.

We went for our 38th Anniversary and the evening was perfect! It was probably the absolute best dining experience we have ever had! From the moment we entered the front door every single employee that greeted us was impeccable. They were friendly, extremely accommodating and attentive. I have certain dietary restrictions and they went above and beyond to be accommodating. Our server Brad was a true credit to his profession and made our entire night fabulous! Our meal, of course, was delicious but the entire experience was what did it for us! Well done Bonahan’s, well done!

Excellent food and service. We were seated right away at the time of our reservation and attended to very well by our waitstaff.
