Wonderful atmosphere and great service. Perfect for a celebration dinner. We were celebrating our anniversary and were happy to have special touches like a personal message on the menu and champagne offered to us before we ordered. Dinner and drinks were delicious. The peanut butter fudge dessert was amazing.

Chef had rabbit Wellington for a wine tasting the night before, which they were trying to offload. It was overdone -the greens inside particularly & it was rather flat in taste. I don’t like that the restaurant does not have salads from which to choose as starters, or additional vegetable options. The sourdough that they bring out prior to the meal is good. The ventilation system is poor & I always leave smelling of the restaurant, particularly if sitting downstairs. We always leave saying no need to go back & always give them another try the following year. I think we’ve finally learned our lesson. It’s also fairly expensive for what you get. I don’t mind the prices if the service is great & more options w/great food/atmosphere, but if you miss the mark on a few of these things, there are plenty of other places to go.

We had a 7:30 reservation and were promptly seated. Our table was downstairs. The noise level was such that we could have a regular conversation and hear each other. We started with the little mountain braised pork belly. We both agreed it was one of the best food items we had ever eaten. I would go back just for that. We both had cocktails. The bartender made me some bourbon drink served neat. It was pink and was easy to drink. It was like a speakeasy cocktail. I had the pan roasted halibut. The fish was beautifully cooked and all accompaniments were delicious. My husband had the wagyu sirloin steak. He’s not a fan of lentils but he ate them. The highlight were the mushrooms and honeynut squash puree. We shared the apple & date galette for dessert. We thought it would be overly sweet, but it was surprisingly balanced. We were also given 2 chai spiced macarons with our bill. I would take a box home. Overall wonderful experience.

We love this place, the atmosphere, the food, the value. The food presentation is really different. As my wife would say, the chef is playing music while preparing the food, everything they do in this restaurant is with a deep passion.

Halibut was slightly overcooked. No happy hour It would be nice if they could open the bar at least one hour prior to the dining room.

Loved our experience. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and split the Wagyu and had a charcuterie board. Wife had a drink and said it was strong (good). The attention we received from our waiter was excellent. Food was terrific and good serving sizes.

From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, everything was absolutely superb! The elevated level of service provided by all staff was spot on. The wine was carefully paired, presented, and explained with each pour. The dishes were absolutely beautiful, prepared perfectly, and each bite was absolutely fantastic. Omaha is lucky to have so many amazing restaurants like Boiler Room, and our group looks forward to visiting much more frequently. Thank you!!!
