Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

    Brought my work team of 17 for dinner, everybody really enjoyed it. Lots of good food, good service. Not too loud nor too quiet. Well priced. Transparent about the auto gratuity for the larger group and told me to skip the tip prompts.

    Great experience. I had been here almost 10 years ago and was back in town with a friend for her birthday and wanted to do something different. It was just as good as I remember. She loved it! Service was great, food incredible. It is a bit expensive but the quality and experience makes it worth it.

    Great quality food. All the bbq meat was done to perfection. The buffet that is part of the experience had great variety. Highly recommended. Staff is accommodating and friendly yet not overwhelming.

    Great place for dinner. My whole family young and old loved it. Service was just fantastic and the food was wonderful. Wheelchair friendly. Can’t wait for an excuse to go back!

    Speed is impeccable and servers are passionate, you can literally have dishes coming non-stop, very satisfying. The meat is tender and flavourful, well cooked and seasoned. And they also take very good care of customers with food allergies. Very impressed.
