    Bolero offers an exceptional dining experience with its selection of rodizio-style meats and a cozy atmosphere. Chef Coy’s attention was outstanding, ensuring everything was perfect. His passion and dedication made a difference. Definitely a place to return to and enjoy again. Highly recommended!

    Amazing staff, amazing food, very clean, everything was hot when served, a very friendly and happy atmosphere. I can’t recommend boleros enough, the staff go above and beyond and truly care about the satisfaction of their customers. We had an amazing time with the waiter Ryan. We are unfortunately moving and we will miss boleros very much, and their amazing staff. Thank you again for a wonderful four years! We will definitely be back to visit.

    Very great service! They were fantastic with our 5 year old, letting her use the tongs to grab her own meat. The food was phenomenal and the drink pairings were great too! They made sure we had enough of all our favourite cuts and pineapple too! We celebrated our birthdays and they were so nice as to comp our dessert! This is a family favourite of ours and we will be back again!

    This is by far the best dining experience I have ever had. Twice now. The food was amazing and always perfectly cooked. But over everything the wait staff truly made the experience. They were attentive, our cups were never empty. They accommodated my 3yr old nephew beyond our expectations, even bringing smaller utensils for him. And they remembered our favorite cuts and would send them back again and again. I will send everyone I know to Bolero and I know each one will leave happy and full.

    Meat was rarer than usual. Some of our table had really bloody meat. Ryan did an amazing job.
