When I need to get away from all the crazy crap in our country, Bowman's is my go-to. Especially if Bob Egan is at the piano and his singers take to the mic. The people there are ready to just have a good ol' fashioned time and we do every time we are there. And the waitstaff are terrific. Food is great pubfare. And the drinks are well made. As long as Bowmans is doing what they do, we will be coming back again and again.

Excellent overall experience. The arancini, braised short rib and meatloaf were fantastic.

We had a fabulous night out at Bowman’s tavern. The live music added to the joy of being with good friends and eating delicious food! We will go back!

We’ve been going to Bowman’s Tavern for many years because it’s halfway between where my parents live and where I live. I’ve never understood why they have valet parking. We’ve only been at lunchtime so maybe it’s more convenient for dinner time. I would prefer no valet parking. There’s a parking lot very close to the restaurant so it doesn’t seem necessary. Beth was our server. She was friendly and helpful. We had the Bowman’s Burger, cheese steak, and sliced roast beef sandwich. The sliced roast beef sandwich had the best bread. For dessert, we had the brownie as well as churros which were on the special menu for today. Everything was delicious.

Bowman's Tavern has been a favorite of ours for close to twenty years. The food and portions are hearty and tasty. The dry rub on the wings is so good, and comfort food like meatloaf, ribs, and steaks is always delicious. I can never leave without a piece of cheesecake, lol!

First time here but will definitely be back. We unexpectedly got placed in a semi-private room at the back. We had 5 of us but the table would have sat 8 comfortably and 12 if you didn't mind being snug. Drinks were very good and all the food we ordered was tasty and well-portioned. Service was attentive and friendly.
