   Horrible experience for the price they expect Food was dry Only 2 things were good and they only came to the table once. I had to wave my card in the air to get anyone's attention. Servers would go to the table behind us and infront but not offer us any. Only one that kept coming by was the garlic steak which had enough garlic to keep a Hurd of vampires away. The buffet was better then the food bring served at the table. Don't think we will be returning for the cost they expect for horrible food.

   I have eaten here in the past and really enjoyed it. This time I found an issue with all the meat. The steak selections and ribs were very chewy the chicken and lamb was okay. It didn’t meet my expectations this time when you pay the amount you do i believe you should have high expectations. Yes I will be back again just some honest feedback of our experience Glenn

   Service was excellent, very pleasant and responsive. The rotation of meat cuts were fine, some were delicious, others so so. My issue is more the selection of counter items. Far too many cold salad choices and barely any hot item choices. If you count olives and salad toppings as part of the 70 side options, then I guess their advertising such an amount; then they have met there quota. NEED: Hot pasta options ..none, hot vegetable sides...none (wait! there were green beans & 2 potatoes). Suggestions, eggplant parm, alfredo anything, squash, carrots, diverse potato options. Overpriced considering. Not sure if would attend in the future, probably not. Thank you servers!

   Such a great time! Our server was very attentive and available to us, everyone was so friendly with our daughter and made us feel welcome! The entertainment was amazing too!

   Thank you to Stevie at the front who is a welcoming face and efficient in managing the front. A patron arriving after us tried to be attended to before us however, Stevie professionally handled the situation. Thanks to Jamie our server who attended to our requests and made us feel comfortable like we were guests at his home. The gauchos do a great job at rounding the tables and the meat selection is great. Our favorites were parmesan steak and the picanha of course. The ambience is just perfect where you can enjoy a special occasion without being uptight. A tip to the customers on saving a few bucks. 1. Make your reservation by 5:45 Sunday to Monday to save $10/person 2. Ask for the tourist tax to be removed when asking for your bill. Thank you for the complimentary parking.

   The appetizers and side items didn’t have as much variety as before. Selection of meats as expected, but would prefer if they were cooked more rare to start. Service was great as usual.

   The beef was not up to the standard that it has been in the past. It was a bit tough. The service was fantastic.

   Our server was extremely nice and came by to check on our experience throughout dinner. There was a server refilling our water throughout the meal as well which was extremely convenient and pleasant. The meat choices were constantly on rotation but the star of the show was absolutely the grilled pineapple. It was absolutely spectacular, didn't even need to have dessert with it! Highly recommend this restaurant if you're staying at the hilton Niagara falls or even just passing through!

    The service was good. The food is over rated. Every piece of meat that came out tasted like is was living in salt. Extremely salty to the point that you could not eat without out drinking. Stick to the roasted pineapple
