Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting edition to the Hilton Hotel and Suites. 12 delectable cuts of fire-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are served tableside. Gourmet salads, fresh grilled vegetables and a variety of side dishes are offered on a buffet while traditional Brazilian sides are served family-style. Using a two-sided disk, diners control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaúchos to bring skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to the table. The red side indicates a stopping or resting point. This all-you-can-eat authentic Brazilian experience should not be missed!

    Our server was great, the ones with the meat were not always the friendliest or nicest. Food was OK, meal was overpriced for sure.

    We didn’t appreciate half naked dancers in front of children and while my husband and I were eating. It was very uncomfortable and our first experience with this at Braza. We did not enjoy the music that loud either since then we could t talk. We have been to Braza many times in the past- but after this it will be a long time until or if we go back. Highly uncomfortable for a romantic date night. We left early for this reason and you wanted us to park up by the Tim hurting in a. Storm !?! Ridiculous- a nice lady attendant let us park underground but if it wasn’t for her, we wouldn’t have stayed at all. Very disappointed with this experience. We have been going to Braza for 12 years- this was the worst.

    We went there this weekend February 15 the 16th of 2025. This would’ve been our fourth time eating at this restaurant and we found that the service has downgraded a lot as anybody that’s ate here before they know that servers come to your table with food pretty much on a spit And you get served. a lot of the times we had to ask for them to stop and give us a piece of meat. instead of them themselves coming to the our table and actually asking if we wanted this type of meat or this type of cut and that did not happen this time around. very disappointed this time.

    It shouldn't be called a brasilian restaurant, it's a Latin restaurant. Barely have brasilian food. You have Latin music playing. Food was not good, lack of flavor. Really disappointing experience

    Always an awesome experience going to Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse. It's also nice that the waiter recognize me from previous dining reservation

    What a wonderful dinner! It was my first time ever at a brazilian steakhouse and I was so pleasantly surprised! The food was amazing, so much good steak and good food! I LOVED the pineapple and the parmesan steak! Everything was so juicy and well worth the price! We went on Saturday and there was a live band and live dancers! Our server Eddie was amazing! Very attentive and very friendly! All the servers and staff were super friendly as well! There was free parking as well which was a big plus! Would definitely come back again!

    The buffet part was really good. The meats were good but a lot of the meat had a lot of fat in or on them. It was difficult to chew and I spit some out. I had a discard plate for all the stuff I could not eat. The pineapple was amazing! My husband has a bad seafood allergy and there was some cross contamination is some of the dishes. I am very glad he did not need his epipen. I would go again but not have some of the meats and avoid the seafood section altogether.

    It wasn’t a good experience overall the service was bad I was put in a room in the far back away from everything no one was coming around with food and my waiter was barely there just not a good night there
