Experience the Gaucho way at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse. Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting edition to the Hilton Hotel and Suites. 12 delectable cuts of fire-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are served tableside. Gourmet salads, fresh grilled vegetables and a variety of side dishes are offered on a buffet while traditional Brazilian sides are served family-style. Using a two-sided disk, diners control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaúchos to bring skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to the table. The red side indicates a stopping or resting point. This all-you-can-eat authentic Brazilian experience should not be missed!

    Came in tonight for my boyfriend’s birthday and had an amazing experience. Great food, very fast service & everything from the buffet was delicious. Loved that the minute our coasters changed from red to green someone was at our table with more choices of meat!! Was overall a fantastic experience!

    Met expectations for the most part. Server was MIA for most of our visit. Waited long for drinks and refills.

    Food was amazing and our server was incredibly professional, friendly and personable, which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and will be back again.

    Depending on where you are located in the restaurant you don’t get served meat. The center of the restaurant get served every 2 minutes. The outskirts ( window area) it was close to 15-20 minutes at one point between food. We saw the lamb once- had to ask for it. Pork chops - once. Steaks lots . Pineapple- every 2 minutesz

    Great food and drinks with excellent live entertainment. Service was impeccable and there was no rush. Very satisfied overall.

    Was another great experience at braza, the service was great, food was good as always and hopefully we'll be back soon

    Experience was overall good. Had never been but always heard great things. Disappointed with the meats overall, not much selection, all seasoned the same, and very very salty. Rib eye was ok. The rest was either dry, or tough and chewy. The pineapple with cinnamon was commendable though!
