Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting edition to the Hilton Hotel and Suites. 12 delectable cuts of fire-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are served tableside. Gourmet salads, fresh grilled vegetables and a variety of side dishes are offered on a buffet while traditional Brazilian sides are served family-style. Using a two-sided disk, diners control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaúchos to bring skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to the table. The red side indicates a stopping or resting point. This all-you-can-eat authentic Brazilian experience should not be missed!

Always a great evening out with friends at a Brazilian steakhouse . Food was hot , servers came often and no shortage of variety . A special thank you to the Host and our drink server for their attention paid to our table . We felt comfortable and appreciated . Looking forward to our return

This is my favourite restaurant and as always it didn’t disappoint. The food is delicious and it is always a great night out. It was louder than usually this visit because it was a wknd but still such an enjoyable experience. Thank you.

We went with family to celebrate a 50th birthday. Food was delicious. Entertainment provided a great atmosphere. Service was fantastic.

Staff were very friendly and great ambiance. Lots of room. Nice to have the buffet to choose from with lots of variety . Would prefer more rare options for the meat. Overpriced in our opinion but a nice treat.

It was an amazing experience, meat selections were great and were coming around often. The buffet was amazing, offering many options to go along with the meats. The only downfall, was how quickly they shut down and probably shouldn't offer an 830pm seating because at 930pm we were told meats are done for the night and the buffet started to close up. This is a restaurant where you have to pace yourself and for $70 a person, I only made it up to the buffet once. And we didn't get anything extra like a small dessert, for celebrating our anniversary. It's a great experience and we enjoyed ourselves very much, the staff were all great!

Fantastic option for a nice dinner at the falls, especially if you're attending a concert at OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino, as you get a $10 discount by showing your ticket before paying. The quality of the food there is outstanding!
