La tradition se poursuit. Le Brennan original, ouvert en 1946, a récemment émergé d'une rénovation complète où les nouveaux co-propriétaires Terry Blanc et Ralph Brennan n'ont ménagé aucun effort. Think black-and-white tile floors, a pastel pink exterior, and minty fresh leather booths, with character dating back to 1946.                                                                                     great experience but they should enforce their dress code - we’re all about casual but Brennans is an elevated experience and if you post “jackets preferred” at the door you shouldn’t allow flip-flops and t-shirts

                                                                                    Breakfast at Brennan’s may be a cliche, but it’s popular for a reason. The food was amazing and the service top notch. We thought about skipping dessert until we didn’t. You cannot pass up Bananas Foster. And of course we got a great bottle of sparkling wine.

                                                                                    The service and food were subpar compared to the cost of the meal. One plate came out cold and another just warm. There was a long wait between courses. For dessert we ordered the signature bananas foster. Our waiter rattled off the history of the dessert while staring out the window. Totally not interesting nor engaging. Ate here in the past but won’t return in the future as there are much better restaurants and more interesting food choices at other establishments and for half the price.

                                                                                    Excellent experience- we ordered the duck confit hash and the Eggs Houssard, which featured perfectly poached eggs. Absolutely delicious. And, of course we had the table side bananas foster. Well worth the visit, excellent service.
