   Our Server Matthew was absolutely outstanding. Loved the new menu and the food was better than we have had our last few times visiting. Whatever changes you’re making they are working.

   Been going to Bristol for 40 years. First to the one on Olive St then Winghaven when I moved to Lake St Louis in 2006. Great all around dinning experience. Panko Fried Shrimp to die for. Love the atmosphere especially when the fireplace is going. A treat for the ages.

   WE have dined at Bristol's in Creve Couer many times over the past years and always enjoyed our experience. This was our first time at the O'Fallon location and we had an outstanding experience. Food was excellent and our server Cameron was absolutely wonderful. Friendly and attentive without hovering. Very helpful!

   The bar section is extremely slow. Only two bar tenders working.

We are known for having an excellent bar crowd and usually handle the volume gracefully, but I apologize that we missed the mark for you that night.    The food was rancid. Had the Mahi Mahi. I would never order this again based on this purchase. Management made it sound like it was our issue.

    We had a separate room for 7 adults and 2 small children. We were celebrating a Birthday so the room was perfect! The food was very good. The problem was it took 30 minutes to get a salad or soup, another 45 minutes to get our meal and another wait for dessert. Our reservations were for 6pm and the meal ended at 830pm. Way too long!
