Legendary restaurateur Stephen Starr opened the pan-Asian hotspot in 1998, and nearly three decades later it's just as packed as ever. Our chefs have been working hard to create a tasting menu that will honor tradition and celebrate the year of the snake. We will also be featuring the Penn Lions Dance Troupe during our brunch.
