   I took my girlfriend here for her birthday last night. The interior was absolutely outstanding. On top of that our server Brian was amazing. He was very personable and made the experience 10x better. We had the scallops, mash potatoes, and the porterhouse steak for two. The food was insane. Every bite was a different experience. 10/10 all around.

   Fabulous experience from start to finish for husband's birthday celebration. Started at the bar for cocktails, expertly created. Had a great table with outstanding service! The King Salmon was delicious, as was the Sea Bass, and we split a yummy Caesar Salad. Grilled Asparagus done to perfection and those astonishing biscuits rounded out our meal. Although we did not order dessert, our server brought a birthday treat with a candle, which was special and unexpected! Also, everyone - from the hostess who greeted us to the bartender and server - wished my husband a happy birthday! I had mentioned it in my online reservation, of course, but it was a lovely touch that impressed us both. I was told Butcher and Singer was a terrific special occasion spot, and I can now personally vouch for it, 100%. An unforgettable meal and experience in a truly beautiful and elegant atmosphere. 5 stars, no notes!

   Superb, special experience as usual: wonderful "Great Gatsby" atmosphere, superb Delmonico steak, sides and Baked Alaska desert, great service (waiter Dirk was spectacular!).

   I've had 1 million mistakes in my lifetime and this is by far the best I've ever had! So beautiful inside and dreamy and romantic. I really enjoyed myself here

    I have a mixed feeling and overall experience was not bad. My wife and I had a reservation for 9:45pm. The restaurant has a 15 minutes grace period and we got to the restaurant at 9:58pm. I called the restaurant because I was finding it difficult to locate the building and was helped by the receptionist. We got to the restaurant before 10pm, and was told to wait for a table to be cleared for us. We sat at a table next to the host both, and after about 15 minutes I asked the host for an update. The host then told me the table is getting ready for us. We sat at a table around 10:20pm. Our overall experience was good. The ambience was nice, my wife loves the place. The food is what would make me go back and visit. We give it an 7/10 for overall experience. 8/10 for the food. 6/10 for customer service. I would recommend people to check out the restaurant.
