I have pleasure in offering you a unique, fine dining experience here in The Highlands at Cafe1, Inverness.

We take great pride in sourcing local ingredients - some produced by ourselves from our own Croft!

Our open plan kitchen turns quality Scottish produce into appealing modern dishes.

We are a restaurant that moves with the times.

All tables are re-booked 2 hours later.

Cancellation policy.
No shows will be charged at £20 per person Monday - Thursday £40 per person Friday & Saturdays.
Cancellations within 5 hrs of dining will be charged £15 per person with the restaurants discretion.

Absolutely magnificent, had the Christmas menu, an absolute treat, prawns, steak and Malteser crepe. An absolute treat.

Food was good. Staff friendly but inexperienced and it was as obvious that they were trying to get us out of the restaurant asap. My friend hadn’t even swallowed her last mouthful when her plate was as whipped away. There was no way we were encouraged to linger. Restaurant not cheap so rushing meal and experience just not acceptable.
