I have pleasure in offering you a unique, fine dining experience here in The Highlands at Cafe1, Inverness.

We take great pride in sourcing local ingredients - some produced by ourselves from our own Croft!

Our open plan kitchen turns quality Scottish produce into appealing modern dishes.

We are a restaurant that moves with the times.

All tables are re-booked 2 hours later.

Cancellation policy.
No shows will be charged at £20 per person Monday - Thursday £40 per person Friday & Saturdays.
Cancellations within 5 hrs of dining will be charged £15 per person with the restaurants discretion.

I have dined at Cafe 1 since it opened, too many years to remember. I have always told people (all people) that the best restaurant in Inverness is Cafe 1. I will reach my 70th year in a few weeks time and still hold the same opinion. It is not just a place to enjoy good food. It is the whole experience that is first class. Second to none. My wife, Frankie, and I were there for dinner a week ago. Frankie doesn’t do dairy so dessert is often a problem when eating out. Unfortunately the menu had been changed and the solution, a beautiful prosseco jelly with fruit, wasn’t available. 😢. Last night we we’re booked in for dinner with some friends. What was on the specials menu? Prosecco Jelly of course!! Just ask yourself how many establishments would go to that trouble just to make a couple of pensioners happy. Thank you so much Norman and all your staff.

Absolutely fantastic food! There were 8 of us and the food came out all at the same time and very hot. The servers were very attentive and nothing seemed to be a problem for them. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will certainly be back.

Fabulous food as ever, service very good, all very attentive. The only downside to the restaurant is it’s alway very noisy & difficult to have a conversation - we will go back tho as we enjoy the food so much.

Always a great welcome at Cafe One. My companions were running a bit late and this was not a problem for the friendly staff who accommodated us with ease. Service was a little slow (may have been as a result of our lateness) and food was tasty and a great price for a 2 course lunch.

First visit to Cafe 1 and very impressed. Excellent food atmosphere and service , particularly from Dean who was efficient and good crack and also the friendly lady who I assume is the manager. Well done, we will certainly return on our next visit to Inverness. Graeme Duncan.
