   Food was served too fast Trying to turn table at a 7:15 reservation No onions in onion soup Taste good though Beef bourguignon was good Service appear rush and our server had too many tables to cover Also thinking I am at a exclusive hotel in DC the the restaurant would meet its reputation

   I enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere here very much. And, of course, being in one of the great DC hotels doesn't hurt.

   Lovely French cafe in a great location. We really enjoyed the food and cocktails. The service is not quite what I would expect for that location. Not bad- just not great.

   Excellent service, food, and drinks, and the attendants are always spot on when providing service. Last night was my third time visiting and it was as amazing as it was the first time. Highly recommend!

   Great place to eat in DC! I love taking family and friends here when they visit DC. The food is beyond delicious, and the service is outstanding. They always exceed expectations.

   Food was great, ambience was great. But the service was top notch. Our server was incredibly kind. I didn’t catch his name, but we ate lunch upstairs for lunch, if that helps.

   Extremely slow service. Had to return the steak since it was not cooked properly. Nice server but poorly organized back end.

   Overall, it is a nice place with good food and a great location, perfect for business meetings. However, I had to take off points due to the noise issue. We were the only group on the second floor and came for a business lunch, intending to discuss important matters. Unfortunately, in the middle of our lunch, the waitstaff started sorting utensils loudly right next to our table. It became so noisy that we could hardly hear each other, making it difficult to hold a conversation. What made it more frustrating was that the staff did not even try to be quieter, despite clearly seeing that we were having a discussion. I hope they will be more attentive to their customers in the future after reading this review.

   The good - our server was polite and checked on our drinks and water glasses regularly. Our cocktails were tasty if not overpriced. The not so good - yes, it’s Washington, DC where everything is expensive. But this food was expensive and not that good. Sea Scallops were small, with four pieces, three potato gnocchi and two onions and a small portion of a peas and carrots melody for $38. The serving would have made a large appetizer but certainly was not an entree. Same for the steak fritte and the chicken breast. Seriously overpriced given the size of the portions and just not that great with regard taste and overall quality. Very disappointing as this restaurant is within the iconic and historic Willard Intercontinental Hotel and does not represent the wonderfulness and grandeur of the hotel. There are MANY restaurants within walking distance to the Willard. Skip Cafe Du Parc and eat somewhere else.
