This visit was below expectations. Food was actually a bit overly salty and seemed off Past visits have been amazing but this was not good . Restaurant was crowded and we were seated in a center table by the window which was awkward with the afternoon sun and too crowded. The booths really are the only good seats to have a private conversation. Disappointing experience all around

We had a great lunch to celebrate birthdays. The Sea Bass Special was delicious. Angus, our server, did a great job as always of making us feel right at home.

William was our server. This was my first time at Cafe Provence- it was delicious and he was a wonderful server! I can’t wait to come back!

Café Provence is such a treat. It's like a trip to France without leaving Kansas City. Although I've been here before, this meal was exemplary. Everything tasted absolutely delicious. I had the French onion soup and a salad with beets, blood oranges, fennel, pickled shallots, and pumpkin seeds. My friend had the chicken with morel brandy crème sauce and veg. For dessert, we shared Tarte Tatin (caramelized apple tart, crème fraîche ice cream, caramel sauce). Delicious from start to finish, an excellent service.
