                                                                  Party of 4. Two of us ordered the carbonara. The menu described it partially as having ham and a “local egg”. Apparently the chef was not familiar with his menu. There was no ham and instead of ham it was seved with a spicy italian sausage. The “local egg” reference lead us to believe that the pasta would be served with a yolk served on top of the pasta (for elegance) to be mixed with the pasta at the table. It was not. While there may have been egg somewhere in the sauced pasta, the sauce was more buttery than silky egg sauce and even so the sauce was very sparse. While the dish may have dish been an ok pasta dish, the one thing it was NOT was Carbonara. Disappointing

                                                                  The veggie has & burger were great! The staff were accommodating with our infant in car seat. It’d be helpful if they had the newer car seat hammock in addition to high chairs. The window wall has a lot of sunlight for brunch time, so interior seating is better in the morning.

                                                                  We keep coming back for a reason. Trio is worth it every time. Small enough to feel cozy and intimate but they serve up big results with their menu. Delicious! And don’t miss the goat cheese rosemary flat bread for a starter. Always enjoyable!

                                                                  The whole group got carbonara or the spaghetti and it was delicious, everyone loved their meals! Really pretty and quiet inside. The flatbreads were really good, my favorite was the rosemary flat bread that comes with goat cheese.
