Occupying the historic Eagles Building on the corner of 400 South and West Temple street downtown, Caffe Molise opened in 1993 serving lunch and dinner daily. Featuring daily specials for lunch and dinner, with made-to-order appetizers, fresh and imported Italian pastas, main dishes and delectable desserts, we have been a fixture of Salt Lake City for 30 years. Staff favorites include our Ravioli con Zucca, the Arista, and Pappardelle al Sugo.

Peruse our award-winning wine and drinks menus including our seasonal craft cocktails.

When the weather is warm, enjoy our outdoor patio. Seating is limited; we request that guests keep dining to a 2 hour limit. Reservations are recommended; walk-ins are welcome. We are also available for curbside pick-up and gift card purchase. Cheers!

                          The food and service was INCREDIBLE but the noise was so bad I couldn’t hear anyone at my table talking, and I had requested a quiet table and they sat us next to a very loud party of 10! Was a bit disappointed.

                          We love Café Molise, and we appreciate all that they do to make their atmosphere and food. Excellent. Always a guaranteed win when we take our customers and clients there for lunch or dinner.

Desperate to close at night on Sundays Didn’t offer the bar was going to close and could not ask after dinner drinks The outdoor look so much better than the interior .                           We greatly enjoyed our food and the whole experience. The food was delicious! The bruschetta misto appetizer was tasty and plenty of food for my wife and me. I had the Pollo alla Gratella and greatly enjoyed every bite. My wife had the Ravioli ai Funghi and liked it as well. For dessert we had the chocolate cake. We were too full to eat it there so we took it to go back to the hotel. We were there on a Friday night. We were sat on the second floor. There was a live band (saxophonist and pianist) that played some light jazz. Our waiter was attentive and nice. We were celebrating our 14th anniversary and Caffe Molise made it extra special.

                          Service was impeccable. Had to move tables because we were seated by the entrance and it was very cold. But they happily reseated us. We were seated upstairs which is a great area but the lighting still felt like I was in a church rather than a restaurant. Food was good. My chicken was a bit dry and the potatoes seemed a little over-seasoned but otherwise pretty decent.
