Caleb's American Kitchen is a popular BYO New American restaurant helmed by Chef Caleb Lentchner. Inspired by all things American including steaks, burgers, lobster, shellfish, Creole, California and of course, local and regional farmers from PA and NJ. Always have had great food and service but this time, three of the four meals were cold. One meal was wrong not once but twice. Waiter was a great guy, but after bringing the replacement dish, never came back for us to tell him about the cold food or the incorrect dish so we were stuck with poor food. Offered a free dessert but we were there for lunch. Even our appetizer was cold, even though we were told to be careful about the skillet being very hot (it was cold also). Great restaurant but even great ones have a bad day, and we came on a bad day.

Food and service were great! We were seated right on time for our reservation, served promptly, and did not feel rushed. Menu is fresh and interesting. We appreciate it being BYOB. Caleb's is our favorite place to eat near Peddler's Village.

The food was delicious, Beautifully presented and a big plateful of food. Good value.. The service was excellent. It was a little loud as the restaurant filled up and a little cold at first next to the windows....but all in all it was great and I will return.

Receptionist/manager was rude. we had a reservation for 5pm when it opened. The place was empty but she tried to seat us right at the front door where there would be heavy traffic. we asked to be moved and were given a mouthful of attitude and were told if we sat anywhere else we had to be done in one hour. At first we thought she was joking but no. WTF? Anyway, food was good as was the service and Caleb was nice making his rounds with the guests. Manager needs to attend a few hospitality seminars or something.
