L'intérieur, initialement créé par des décorateurs réputés comme Yabu Pushelberg et récemment rafraîchi par Anacleto Design est propre, sobre, mais absolument élégant : un écho brillant à la richesse des matières premières du Canada. Ce même éclat est capturé à travers les saveurs et les textures de la cuisine régionale canadienne inspirée du chef John Horne. Le menu propose les poissons canadiens, les viandes et les produits les plus frais et de meilleure qualité qui soient, ainsi qu'une sélection exceptionnelle de millésimes canadiens. Honestly it was really disappointing. I’ve been a few times, mind you the last time was a few years back. I remember the French onion soup was amazing and they’ve completely changed and butchered it. The food portions left a lot to the imagination and the service… the waiter was nice but I had mentioned it was so a very special celebration and all that happened was a comment of ‘congrats’. We would have gladly stayed for desert but were completely off put. Nearly $400 for two people and I regret every dollar spent.

Great atmosphere, incredible menu and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely adding this to my list of top tier restaurants. Food was 10/10. Every ingredient worked harmoniously with each other and you could tell it was carefully created to make an ultimate dining experience. Their non-alcoholic options are next level. Got the virgin espresso martini and it was unique. It took a few sips to get a sense of the flavour profile but it was really good. The staff was great. Our server was very friendly, informative and helpful when going over the menu. He checked in after each dish and made sure we were taken care of. Our reservation was right when they opened for dinner. We had a great view overlooking Toronto and the atmosphere was quiet and quite peaceful. I would gladly dine here again and will recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you to everyone at The Canoe for such a great experience.

Only negatives were - server never brought us our bread - parts of the lamb were so fatty. You would be eating a chunk of fat - for that price I would expect the server to be on point and the food quality to be better

Great service by the team and good tasting food. However, we didn't find the ambiance to be very refined or fine dine like. The noise levels were very high throughout the place....

We brought our daughter to Canoe to celebrate her 13th birthday special. When we arrived, our window side table had a welcoming card addressed to her. For the entire evening they made her feel very special. And of course the service, food and ambience were top notch as always. As for the view – stunning!

Food average at best. Desert was not tasty at all. Wine ok but firmly overpriced. Service was nice, and the view over the city was stunning…. So, if you are looking for a wonderfull location with very nice view over the city and you dont care to much about the food quality, this is the place to go.

Epic meal and presentation. The service from all of the staff was impeccable and I would highly recommend canoe.

Please do not get the tasting menu! Their a la carte is quite good but tasting menu was extremely expensive and does not taste good at all! Service was great, waiters are very polite and kind.
