Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had an excellent meal at The Capital Grille over the weekend. The food was perfect, but I could not give a 5 star experience for a couple of reasons. The server was nice and answered any questions we had. However, he was also very slow to take our order, deliver drinks, and close out the tab. I had to ask twice for the status of one drink order which ultimately took 30+ minutes to come out and was watered down once received. This was a birthday celebration and I had arranged to have a champagne toast come out for the table, but it never came out. When it came time to pay we did not see our server for 20+ minutes. Once we finally received the bill, it took about 15 minutes more to get everyone closed out. All in all we estimated that the service turned our 2 hour meal into about 3 hours in total for a table of 5 people. It just put a damper on the evening because we were ready to go, and we were all stuffed and did not expect the meal to take quite that long. We will return again for sure. For the price ($600 for 5 people) we just expect top-notch everything. 4 out of 5 stars is still very good!

    Our server Ashley was terrific very attentive, courteous and wonderful personality. She was a pleasure to have taking care of us. Capital Grill food was excellent matching our previous dining experiences with them.

    This was our first time at The Capital Grille and we couldn't have been more impressed!! Our service was top notch from everyone we came into contact with, especially our main waiter William Howard!! We were celebrating Valentine's Day and they made it so special! From the rose, to the confetti hearts on the table, and William taking our picture, it was the perfect Valentine's Day celebration. I had the scallops and main lobster with asparagus risotto and the truffle parm fries. It was absolutely amazing! Great cosmopolitan too. We will def. be back!!

    Perfect Valentine’s Day dinner. We were seated promptly, service was excellent. I am gluten free and they had a dedicated menu and clearly explained my choices and options.
