Le restaurant Luxurious Capriccio, taillé dans les caves d'un coin renommé du quartier financier de la ville de Providence, est situé le long de la Riverwalk, au croisement des rues Dyer et Pine. Il a longtemps été réputé comme un haut lieu de la capitale pour ses dîners aux chandelles raffinés et son code vestimentaire exigeant "où les habitants de la ville tout comme les touristes sont délicieusement dorlotés." Sa cuisine continentale créative avec des accents nord-italiens et méditerranéens lui ont valu plus de 35 récompenses pour la gastronomiques et vinicoles. We went out for a special birthday and glad we chose Capriccio. We took advantage of their pre fixe. Our server was on top of things and took great care of us. The food was SPECTACULAR!

From the moment we entered and were welcomed with a warm, inviting greeting u til we left we felt spoiled with attention. Ronnie and Sirius took special care to make our dining experience extra special with their expert service and warmth. What a special restaurant…..excellent food and superb service!

I picked Capriccio’s for its romantic setting, the lighting in photos looked beautiful. We were celebrating returning to our home state from our wedding and wanted to visit a highly rated local restaurant. I made a reservation in advance, and was really looking forward to it. The mistake was probably valeting our car… not up to standard perhaps. We were seated in a windowless room with grey walls in the back, when the main dining room had empty tables. I really liked our server, she was very nice. But if you’re going to Capriccios for ambience, you’re taking a gamble.
