   This intimate restaurant is perfect for couples date night. Food, drink, and service were impeccable. Piano added ambience, but overall it is quiet enough for easy conversation. Turned out to be a real treat.

   The place is quaint, small and beautifully decorated. Located in old San Juan.. Lots of great pictures of stars on the wall depicting the professional life of the restaurant's owner in the music business. Big huge piano in the middle of the room often times the owner will play. There is something very romantic about the place. Great L shape bar great drinks and bartenders are always courteous and knowledgeable. The food is great. The place also has a big patio overlooking San Juan's blue cobblestones streets and often they have music on the patio as well. We have been there many times and have taken many friends and it has always been a great experience

   This place is QUALITY. Nice balanced menu between seafood and meats. Great tasting and creative appetizers and SUPERB food. The waiters are professional and make the experience even better. The options of cocktails is very creative and great drinks. And of course, Carli's sublime piano performances in the middle of the restaurant is just the perfect touch.

   First night there amazing so we booked a second night. Good but Angel was better than the server we had the second time. But we still enjoyed our time.

   Le pianiste est le propriétaire !!! Service hors pair, bonne bouffe, bonne réputation, l’ambiance était remarquable, le propriétaire prends soin de ses clients. C’était au delà de mes attentes ! N’hésitez pas, je le recommande à tous ❤️

   Food takes forever. We ordered some French bread as we know restaurants are slow on the island to hold us over and that also took forever.

    Culinary Bliss and Top Musical Entertainment at Carli Café in Old San Juan. Nestled along the Old San Juan waterfront, Carli’s is a gem that redefines the dining experience. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with an ambiance that perfectly blends elegance and comfort. The soft glow of pendant lights, the gentle hum of conversation, and the scent of fresh herbs create a warm & inviting atmosphere. Bar Service and Food: 10/10 The menu is a masterpiece. Each dish is crafted with precision and creativity, celebrating the finest seasonal ingredients. I had the pasta primavera, perfectly prepared - it was a symphony of flavours. My wife’s grilled salmon filet was divine Dessert was an ethereal rum cake, light yet indulgent. Simply the best rum cake I ever ate. We were fortunate to dine at the bar and was entertained by Dwight – a showman in mixing drinks in his own right. I had two of the best mojitos I’ve ever been served. Dwight friendly chatted with us the entire evening. Service: 10/10 The service was impeccable. Our hostess, Lourdes, was knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive. The staff worked seamlessly, ensuring every need was met with a genuine smile. Ambiance: 10/10 The restaurant’s design is a feast for the eyes. Floor-to-ceiling nostalgia offer fascinating views of the history of the restaurant, with worldclass piano played throughout the evening by the great owner/pianist Mr. Carli Munoz which enhances the dining experience. The tables are spaced perfectly, allowing for private conversations even in a lively setting. We spend some time with Carli after then meal and learned he played the piano with the Beachboys. Wow! Value: 9/10 Carli’s is worth every penny. The quality of the food, service, and atmosphere justifies the price. Final Thoughts Carli’s isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an experience. It’s a place to celebrate milestones, impress a date, or simply indulge in culinary excellence. We can’t wait to return
