   We had an exceptional dining experience at Jeff Ruby’s Carlo & Johnny, and our server, Ashley, made it absolutely unforgettable. We were thrilled to be seated in her section again, as she had served us before and left a lasting impression. Ashley’s service was nothing short of impeccable—her attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth elevated our evening. She has an incredible ability to recommend the perfect cocktail, dessert, and after-dinner beverages, tailoring her suggestions to match our preferences perfectly. Her knowledge of the menu and drink offerings is second to none, and her recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The service at Carlo & Johnny is consistently the best in the city, and Ashley exemplifies the excellence that Jeff Ruby’s is known for. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and hope to see Ashley again. Thank you for another amazing night!

   Fantastic meal and the service was excellent! Ashley and Corey took wonderful care of us in helping to decide what to eat for our first visit. The boneless ribeye is the best I’ve ever had and I highly recommend the Mac n cheese. Will definitely be back.

   We had the very best time. Anna was beyond fantastic and we enjoyed her so much. She provided spectacular service. Bonus that we were able to enjoy a cozy booth by the fire on a snowy night.

   The steak was perfection. The perfect cut and cook. We were sat in the Hollywood room, our favorite so far. Our server, Dave was exceptional! Great service.

   It was our first visit in over 10 years, and it was wonderful once again. We had the steak Collinsworth and the salmon entree. Both were very well prepared. Our only disappointment, was that the quantity of crab and asparagus on the steak Collinsworth is significantly less than what we remember. It was more of a small accent on top, rather than a feature of the named steak entree.

   Took my 15 year old son to his first Ruby’s. The experience was wonderful. Had to reschedule due to the snowstorm and was not able to get a high top by the sushi station. Normally this would be perfectly fine, but it was a bit cold, unfortunately. Our server, Sarah, was awesome. She really took care to make sure my son’s first experience was a good one. Even went so far as to take a photo and placing it in a card with a nice note. She really went above and beyond. I got the Steak Burrow, and my wife and son got the petite filets. The Burrow was the favorite of the table and what we’ll all be getting during our next visit. The filets were very good, but maybe not what I would tend to expect from a Ruby’s. Just a bit chewier than normal. They can’t all be exquisite, though. Can’t wait to go back and will definitely be asking for Sarah when we return. Patrick

    Great food, Australian Waygu new York strip was the best streak I’ve had. Brussels sprouts and carrots were great and flavorful, our waiter paul was friendly, quick, and did a great job making us comfortable and taking care of us.
