Carmine's La Trattoria is the place to dine if you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Executive Chef Elmer Saravia places great pride in sourcing the ingredients for his dishes. Serving Palm Beach Gardens Since 1988 - We have an extensive menu featuring Italian favorites, Fresh Seafood, Prime Meats as well as Brick Oven Pizza and Flat Breads, a Full Bar and a Comprehensive Wine List including highly allocated reserve wines in a peaceful dining room and patio overlooking the marina.

On most Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights we have live entertainment.

We have been to Carmines many times before over the last several years. But last week we had a terrible server. He would leave us for long periods of time and wasn’t a very good listener. However, we just figured he was just having a bad day and so we didn’t let it ruin our evening. Today, we decided to go back again and hoped we would have a new server- which we did. But this time things were even worse. The server was so unprofessional and extremely rude. She wouldn’t even answer a simple question. Instead, she told us if she had to walk away to get us an answer about what was in a certain recipe item, she would have to cancel our entire order in her handheld device and wouldn’t be able to come back for a long time. So we got up and walked out. Went over to Limoncellos and had a fantastic dinner and experience.

We used to love their cacio y pepe. They made it at the table finishing it in a parmesan cheese wheel. Not anymore. We asked the waiter to split it because it's so filling. They don't do that anymore either! The rest of the meal was second rate and thrown at us with great indifference. We took Carmine’s off our favorites list!

We always enjoy Carmines. Our server Milani (not sure how to spell her name) was outstanding and helpful as one of our grand children was having an issue trying to decide what to order. She was so very patient. My only disappointment was we had our MVC discount as we are owners and come every time we’re in town. Howe er bc we had that discount Carmines then charged us for the complimentary 2 birthday desserts. That’s kind of disappointing

I've never been to Italy, but I get closer and closer every time I eat at Carmine's. The service and taste of everything, 6 stars out of 5, which makes me want to go back time and time again. Thank you, Carmine's!!!

Good place but very disappointing meal overall,Steak came raw, then it was cooked to death. Veggies had a lot of garlic but service is always good… must have been an off night as I overheard quite a few complaints all around us about meals being incorrect I’ll go back again and they DID. COMP the steak..

The seating was next to a live band, which made for a loud atmosphere. It’s a busy place, which was to be expected since it was Valentine’s Day. The service wasn't as attentive as it could have been. The food was okay, not great, not bad, just average. But I'd definitely return.
