The entire dining experience was wonderful on our visit. What truly made the experience was our amazing waiter, Phillip. His energy and attitude was absolutely infectious and he made every thing seem so much better. You could tell that he truly loved what he did and genuinely cared about all of his customers. The world needs more people like Phillip!

Our first time here. Ordered shrimp scampi pasta to share. Was not told in advance that requesting angel hair pasta would be an additional 13$. 45$ plus 13$ for a bowl to share. Crazy

We loved Carmine's in Las Vegas. I had been to the Carmine's Times Square in NYC and this one is equally as good. Love their red spaghetti sauce and the meatballs were really great,. Definitely come prepared to eat as they serve family style. There were 3 of us and we got 1 Caesar salad and 2 entrees and there was plenty left over of all of it. Especially with the basket of bread they served. Some of the best Italian food ever!

Theodora, was amazing! Her recommendations where the best. Lemon Chicken with Linguini Paste! Soo soo delicious! Theodora went above and Beyond and just made the whole experience truly amazing! Will be back soon!!

Waiter was a little gruff. Cesar salad, rigatoni and sausages were amazing. Meatballs were a bit mushy. Canolis were amazing.

The pasta alla vodka and meatballs were excellent. The caprese salad and Caesar salad were not. The waiter was very attentive for the most part. We had to ask for a bread basket as they forgot to bring us one. The meal was ok overall but I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Our server was phenomenal. The food came out quickly and was delicious! We had a party of 11, they seated us exactly at our reservation time and were very attentive.
