After walking around the forum shops we decided to grab an early 6pm dinner and this place looked about half empty. So we walked up to ask for a table for two, but the hostesses were joking around with each other and not paying attention. When they finally turned around one of them told us we could sit at the bar but that there were no tables available. I asked how long the wait would be if we wanted a table. She said there would be nothing until 8:30. That seemed ridiculous especially with all the empty tables and we were ready to try somewhere else. But we were tired from walking so I decided to check their website before leaving. To my surprise, there were available reservations every half hour for the whole night. I made a reservation for 6:30 and walked right back to the same hostess, told here I had a reservation and they sat us immediately. From that point the rest of the experience was great. Our server, Meagan, was amazing and was super helpful with my gluten-free restrictions. All of the other staff was also wonderful and welcoming and gave us top notch service. And the gluten-free pasta was some of the best I’ve ever had. Everything was delicious including carmine’s salad and the chocolate torte. The wine was pretty good too. The only other con was the noise level was a little high for us but it is geared toward large groups so that’s expected. Overall, we had some really good food and a good time, just got out to a rocky start.

4 of us shared a Carmines salad and the mixed seafood pasta with linguine dish. We still had leftover salad and leftover pasta . Everything was yummy .. Although I would prefer a little less dressing on the salad. We also had a the smaller version of the Titanic desert called Tugboat. Its a family style restaurant. Its great for sharing is caring.

Carmine’s is our go to place when visiting Vegas. Friendly staff, great food and I recommend their espresso martinis!

This is an excellent Italian restaurant. Go hungry because the portions are HUGE! Everything is "family style" so if you want a salad or appetizer, you'll want to share with at least 4 people - same goes for entrees and desserts! The service is fantastic. - A well oiled machine with a great teamwork approach.
