Carmine's is a family style restaurant offering exceptional value to its guests through the many dishes of Southern Italian cuisine. Restaurateur Artie Cutler crafted Carmine's with a singular vision; bringing his guests abundant portions and making any meal feel like an Italian American wedding feast. Platters of made to order pasta, decadent seafood or meat entrees, and of course homemade desserts are all staples at Carmine's, meant for sharing among friends and family. We opted to sit at the bar after a table request we made was denied (they didn’t even mention the request) In an almost empty dining room, we were sat at a small table in the middle of an aisle next to a table of 5 with a crying child. Our bartender, Angel was not attentive. He took our order and if we hadn’t caught his attention, he would have over looked us repeatedly. There were only 2 other ladies who were sitting at the car, and they sat down midway thru our meal. I asked for a cocktail menu after our meal was served and we were half way finished. He never returned to ask if I wanted to order anything. When we asked to have the remainder of our meal boxed up, he proceeded to pick up his 5 remaining pieces of garlic bread with his one gloved hand and smashed it into a container. My husband said to just forget the 5th piece as it wasn’t going to fit. I was disappointed in our experience as in the past, we’ve had relatively good service

Terrible, would not recommend at all. Chicken Parmesan served without cheese. Just strange and not in a good way. You know you are in trouble when the waitress has to give you a sales pitch and education on portion size prior to ordering.

Previously been to the location at Atlantic City and the service was being on amazing. The whole experience was one to remember, and this was a bit disappointing.

We had a special occasion to celebrate and although communicated on reservation, was not communicated to server. Put in the back with a table meant for 10 and there was only 5 of us. Seemed rushed.

The shrimp was dry and lacking flavor. The scampi linguini was good. Every item on the menu was family-style priced, in other words too expensive. The chicken parmigiana was better.
