With more than 20 years of experience in the seafood industry, Casablanca is one of Miami"s and the country's most renowned fish markets attracting chefs, TV media attention and area locals. Casablanca Seafood Bar & Grill serves the freshest of the sea to Miami. Reminiscent of Key West, the upscale casual restaurant is located on the beautiful, historic Miami River with a spectacular view of the illuminated downtown Miami. You can dine in our outdoor area and watch the commercial fishing boats pull right on to our back door and unload the days fresh catch.

The freshness of our product is the key to our success.     Casablanca Fish Market:<br />The success of 2 Cuban American brothers led to the 1994 opening of one of Miami’s landmarks with the creation of Casablanca Seafood Bar and Grill on the Miami River. The fish market has the same charm on the Miami River that it had on Watson Island from all its fresh fish laid out on the colorful displays to the smiles on the associates faces when you walk through the door. Come visit our piece of heaven, seafood heaven that is, where we bring in the freshest catch directly from our boats into our fish market.

    For Large Private Parties Casablanca Seafood Bar & Grill is more than willing to close off a portion of our outdoor seating to fit and serve as many as 50 people. Fixed menus and beverage options must be discussed with the restaurants special events coordinator Luiza Kartashova before hand.

    Our waiter was not helpful and had a bad evening as I’m assuming. I ordered lobster after ordering in about 12 minutes later she comes to tell me they don’t have the one i ordered, my boyfriend asked her for an approximate size of the fish and she was not able to tell us he then asks her to change it to the bigger one and she stated I don’t think I can because I think your food is ready already and proceeds to bring the small fish to the table. Thankfully, after this a gentleman that works there, proceeded to attend us and he was great !

    This is a fun restaurant on the waterfront with a good selection of Miami style cuisine, from seafood to Cuban ir Latin-inspired dishes. There’s lively live music and friendly staff, but the real show is the river. There’s lively live parade of boats up and down the river is a sight to see, and it was a fun night. The food was good, but not spectacular, the service terrific, and the atmosphere reallyloud and fun.

    I expected a better seafood from a well known restaurant as Casablanca. Instead, The food lacked of flavor and presentation. It’s not worth the price.

    We have always loved Casablanca because of their great seafood and wonderful ambiance. Casablanca was sold to a new owner 2 weeks ago and we were shocked after tying up our boat on the dockage in front of the restaurant that they were charging a $3 per foot dockage fee. As we had come from Fort Lauderdale and it was already late for lunch we decided to pay the fee as we were hungry, This was not disclosed on Open Table and the attendant told us after we had typed up the boat. Our server was great as was the food. When our bill came, to add insult to injury we were charged an 18% gratuity on our $134 dockage fee. Needless to say we will not be returning. Beware of the new owner. Changes thus far are not favorable. Don’t come by boat unless you are up for highway robbery.

    RESERVE LA MESA POR 40 DOLARES QUE SUPUESTAMENTE SE ME DESCONTIRIA A LA HORA DE PAGAR Y NO ME LO DESCONTARON, ASI QUE PAGUE LA COMIDA EN SU TOTALIDAD MAS LOS 40 DOLARES DE LA MESA, EN ESTE PAIS HAS PERDIDO LA CONFIANZA HASTA PARA IR A COMER, YA NO SABEN QUE VAN HACER PARA SACARTE HASTA EL ULTIMO CENTAVO DE TU BOLSILLO

    No me sirvió de nada la reservación , llegué e igual tuve que esperar a como todas las personas ., igual el reembolso de reserva no sé qué pasó con ello

    I had a reservation so they sat me down pretty fast but it took long for waiter to come to us and for the appetizers and food to come . Note: it was valentines day so it was definitely busy but the food was amazing!
