Cascades, un restaurant-steakhouse américain classique, se situe au sein du Stanley Hotel, fondé il y a 103 ans. Dégustez le déjeuner, le dîner ou le souper dans la salle à manger ou installez-vous dans le lounge et laissez-vous tenter par un cocktail classique fait à la main par l'un des barmen. Le menu propose du bœuf certifié Angus, des fruits de mer frais, des sandwichs, des pâtes et des spécialités du Colorado. Le chef a conçu le menu pour rendre hommage à la cuisine locale, tout en intégrant des plats américains populaires. Le restaurant essaie dans la mesure du possible d'acheter les produits aux fermes locales. Cascades propose également des gelati, des desserts et des crèmes brûlées faits maison. From the front gate, make the first right, then wind up around the Lodge to the parking area behind the Main Hotel and through the gates and go down the stairs or pathway through the gardens and past the waterfall and pond and across the patio to the double doors, then turn to your right in the lobby to meet the hostess outside the restaurant.

Love eating at Cascades. The food is wonderful. Staff is very attentive. Today even the Chef came out to the tables. Wonderful experience and I look forward to a return visit.

We had the Prime Rib and The Rocky Mountain Grill flight, they were good. It was just unremarkable. Having both the charcuterie and cheese tray for the appetizer was the highlight. Nostalgia brought us to the Hotel in general. We enjoyed our experience.

This meal was so fancy and expensive and made me so sick. I only had filet mignon, brussel sprouts, and mashed potatoes.

A great choice for a romantic meal, especially on Valentine's Day. Limited menu selection and priced like a 5 Michelin restaurant with incredible staff, a massive drink menu and of course a tasty Red Rum drink. My prime rib was flavorful, but cut for thin like a sandwich.

Our meal was absolutely devine. The service was tremendous and the waiter was very attentive. The Executive Chef is personable and we were honored when he came out to talk to patrons. Simply Amazing!

We went for Valentines after a Stanley historical tour. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious and well presented.

The food was delicious, although for the price it was quite pricey. The service was average at best, but the biggest problem we had was the noise was so loud we practically had to yell at each other to speak to each other, and we didn't expect that from a very expensive steakhouse/restaurant. Although again, the food was very good. Would have preferred to get it to go.

We had a delightful lunch to celebrate my Grandsons birthday. The food was delicious. The waiter ( Joel) was amazing he was so friendly and helpful in choosing great food and drink options. He made the entire afternoon very special.
