Have dined at Cast Iron many times over the past 8 years. However, never had a bad experience since this one. In a restaurant with open tables everywhere, our waiter just didn’t care. From sit down to entrees in the table was one hour and forty-five minutes….from drink order when we arrived to getting them to the table was 30 minutes. He just hid from us. Finally my wife got up and found the manager and he tried to take the blame…he comped the entrees. It wasn’t his fault. The food was fantastic as always.

Food was good but service was lacking. Server was rushing us when around and not around when we needed something. The restaurant was extremely cold. Other diners had issues and complained to the chef and manager. Customers were being turned away even though the restaurant was approximately 25% full. They must have had a lot of call ins that night. I will give them another chance since the food was good but not during a holiday.

This place is a joke, the manager was rude and they lie. On open table while my wife and I were there they showed no availability. That was not true there was 30 tables available. I guess everyone knew what we found out. It’s not a nice place nor is the food good. Never going back

Had set up a birthday breakfast for my sister and noted it as special occasion birthday. Nothing special was done other than telling her happy birthday. Wish something special had been done. A balloon, some kind of table decor.. something. But the breakfast was delicious- the French toast.

This is always a lovely experience. Broad variety of delicious food. Tables well spaces so you do not feel crowded. Reservations limited so again you are not crowded. Beautiful background music. Did not feel rushed.

We went for the Christmas day buffet. There was a wide variety of food. I could not believe how many different options that there were. You could have everything from scrambled eggs and breakfast options up to prime rib. This is the first place I have been that makes really good dressing for turkey. I had two helping! There are fun activities for the kids, such as cookie decorating. They had a harp player. I think that they should’ve had an ensemble instead. Perhaps a band or other multiple people entertainment. She was just one lady on a gigantic stage and it looked weird. There were decorations, but there could’ve been more. Keep in mind when you go that they charge a 26% gratuity in addition to tax on your $60 per person reservation. Hope this helps!
