All around a great experience. There is an excited feel with people on dates, families meeting grandparents. Sounds like an odd mix, but in the end the enthusiasm brings everyone together and the staff is so good at making everyone feel comfortable.

Pasta was way over cooked. Veal chop was tough. We had a table of 8 and no one was satisfied. Lots of better restaurants in the desert. Castelli’s has lost it.

Our server interrupted me when I asked for gluten free bread, with, "No we do not have gluten-free bread." I had not even finished my question. Also, he corrected my Italian when I ordered. I have been to Italy and have studied Italian, so I know I pronounced it correctly.

Amazing service and the food did not disappoint! Great menu and variety! We loved Castellis and will be back. Next time we would like to sit inside, see the restaurant and not be right next to the server station. That’s my only 3 or 4 star.

We had a lovely dinner. Very authentic. Great wait staff very attentive. Wonderful food. Love the vibe could tell this is a place where a lot of locals and/or repeat customers go. Called to change our reservation time and we were accommodated by the front desk. Overall very happy and will return as well as recommend to friends and family.

This is one of our favorite Italian restaurants and probably the best in the Palm Springs area. On our most recent visit during tennis week, service was impeccable-- friendly, swift and attentive. Every table was full, the atmosphere lively and yet, we never waited for anything. The complimentary garlic bread was addictive. The veal Milanese was perfect. The one flaw was the order of veal parmigiana-- though a hearty portion, it was a little tasteless and bland.

Great food and service as always. We never felt rushed as sometimes you can feel at the end of a meal.

Great atmosphere with super service. Food was excellent although a little below the standard that we were used to a this restaurant. Maybe just an off nigth? We will continue to make this our go to Italian restaurant in the Palm Desert.
