Chart House Waikiki was founded in 1968 by world-renowned waterman Joey Cabell. It is the only independently owned Chart House existing in Hawaii, though 24 additional locations exist throughout the continental United States. Chart House Waikiki was founded on the principle of providing an authentic Hawaiian hospitality experience incorporating great food, exceptional service, and unparalleled views. Known for its seafood, steaks, ribs and iconic marina vistas, it remains a cornerstone of Waikiki dining. We wanted to see the fireworks on the last night of our honeymoon, so we made a reservation for 7pm. We arrived a little early, but we were guided in smoothly. We enjoyed the atmosphere of a historic American diner, the live music, the lobster and steaks were delicious, and the cocktails were also delicious and great. We had a window seat with a great view of the fireworks, and everything was a wonderful experience. There was a Japanese menu available, so I was able to order with confidence. Thank you for a wonderful night. We'll come again.
