Took awhile to get our table even though we had reservations and when seated restaurant was not full. Server spilled drink on dinner guest but was very attentive and helpful. Dinner and dessert was yummy. Looks like they were doing construction and half the restaurant was closed off - which kinda of ruined the ambiance

The seating arrangement at Chester's leaves much to be desired; the tables are packed too closely together. It really detracts from the experience when you can practically touch the person at the adjacent table.

Overall it was quite a nice experience. The service was a little slow at times but the waiter was friendly and professional. The tables are pretty close to each other and our table was along the entry corridor and backed up to the open wall behind the bar, so there was quite a bit of noise and activity. It was a nice restaurant experience, but next time I would request a table away from the bar and entry area.

Been there many years ago and I thought it was good. Took my woman there for Valentine's and it's changed. Tables are way too close together, cannot even talk privately. The food came out without all the necessary items, such as silverware. Lucky another waiter saw us and asked the bartender to get us some. However, she came over with an attitude, I said thanks and no response. Loaded potato came without anything, just a plain potato. Had to ask and wait 5 minutes for the toppings to come, chimichurri we asked for with our steaks they forgot. Dessert was good, my NY strip was too, but her filet was over cooked. Could have had a better experience at Texas Roadhouse and saved $150 for basically the same meal.

Food took over 1 1/2 hours, we complained at 1 1/2 hour then miraculously it was done within 5 minutes. The steak was cool and blue in the center so it was rushed to get out. Overall very poor experience.
