Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. This is a regular spot for us. The source the steak from our favourite butcher shoppe. The atmosphere is great. Good wine selection. We have hosted both small and large groups. The service team is on point and makes you feel welcome. This time I had the cod and it was delicious.

Dined with 3 people: - Took almost 20 minutes for a server to see us at the table. - steaks were all cooked wrong mine was undercooked dramatically, my friend’s was overcooked. - sides were disorganized. We had to exchange sides with each other. - server had an attitude.

I would like to thank the hostess who helped move my midnight reservation to noon (not sure why Open Table allows you me to book a reservation when you are closed). Although we were not together, our tables were close and I appreciated her helping out. The servers were amazing! Everyone loved their food with the exception of the Gorgonzola Gnocchi which were way too heavy and not enough sauce. I would recommend less bread crumbs.

The food was absolutely amazing and the service was absolutely extraordinary. The attention to detail and the level of service was amazing! The food was great too. I wish I could remember the name of our server. We had a reservation for December 2 at 7.30. I wish you could thank him for us!

My husband and I brought our parents to Chop Steakhouse.Service was great from Tyler. We were offered a welcome appetizer since it was my parents first visit. Overall, food was exceptional and tasty. Will visit again.
