   Our food came lukewarm - our server was so nice but the hostess told us firmly we had an hour and half at the table and then OUT- it was the day after Valentine’s Day- we felt like little children being warned - and knew we were going to spend $200 +!! Not a good start We were seated behind a service desk where servers were constantly coming to check in - wiping their noses, looking frustrated and tired , and I looked at a disinfectant bottle with a dirty rag draped on top of it for my whole dinner - at another table a bottle of disinfectant sat for over 20 min I have had better ambiance and service at McDonald’s or Denny’s- the staff were dressed sloppy-

   Great server. She was awesome. Steak ordered Medium well. Came more of a medium rare. Ate half and couldn’t eat the rest as blood was on the plate and mashed potatoes and blood do not mix Didn’t say anything so as not to cause a fuss. Probably should have when paying that much money. Other than that it was great

   11pm dinner Valentine's date. Food went to wrong table which made the wait longer, taste is 6/10 for the value it's meh, dessert sold out no offered alternative stuck with 1 choice

   Listen, a nice place to eat , good appetizers ( birria spring rolls & furious fries/ truffle fries) and really nice deserts. The steaks on the other hand, usually very juicy , very tender but for some reason today, my steaks were very overcooked even though i asked for rare, it got sent back TWICE and was given a new steak EVERY TIME just for it to be once again….overcooked. Manager apologized and payed for my steak and gave a free desert. Okay-staff/waiters, good manager, great atmosphere, clean, not too noisy but questionable cooks. this experience became rather bothersome as it was valentines day and just trying to celebrate and not have to deal with having to keep sending my food back & waiting twice , yes free desert is nice but i came for a RARE steak that ive yet to still receive that rare steak. Yeah Mr.Manager you paid for the overcooked steak because thats not what i ordered…as once again a rare

   We were at CHOP to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday, and it was a great dining experience. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! We started with two orders of Steak Bites for our appetizer. They were well seasoned and cooked to perfection! Highly recommend! Our entrées were all very tasty and for the most part the steaks and prime rib were done to our liking. The only steak that wasn’t quite as good was the one added to the CHOP salad. It was a little too chewy. All sides, salads, and desserts were delicious and complimented the meal quite nicely. The restaurant was quite busy on account of Valentines Day, but server didn’t miss a beat. Looking forward to a return visit!

   From the time we walked through the door we were greeted by very pleasant people. The menu had a good variety for a steakhouse. Our server was excellent and the food very good.

    The experience was fine. I ordered from the dine about menu, but I had to ask for it as it wasn’t even offered. The prime rib I ordered was cold. If it was warmer the meal would have been terrific. We never got the waters we asked for. Generally the experience was okay, I expect more for a $270.
