   What a great old school steakhouse. The atmosphere, service and food were outstanding. Two things we weren’t happy about….the lounge singer and we were rushed thru dinner.

   Everything was delicious, we shared the 12 oz filet And redfish with sides they tasted perfect and served hot

   Walking into Chophouse feels like stepping into a scene from a classic steakhouse playbook—dark wood, low lighting, and a menu that practically growls at you to order big. Crab Bisque: This thing is so rich it should come with a financial advisor. Creamy, brimming with sweet crab, and velvety enough to make you forget your problems—until you realize you’re licking the spoon in public. Caesar Salad: The romaine is crisp, the dressing is garlicky, and the croutons mean business. It’s a classic Caesar, no unnecessary frills—just how Julius intended. Bone-In Ribeye: Absolute perfection. Charred to a deep, smoky crust, buttery and packed with flavor, this steak didn’t just melt in my mouth—it dissolved my willpower to share. Seabass: For a place that specializes in beef, they sure know how to handle a fish. Light, flaky, and swimming in a decadent sauce, it’s the kind of dish that makes you briefly consider abandoning steak. Briefly. Verdict? Chophouse is the kind of spot where diets go to die, and honestly, they die happy.

   Our service was very good but we served a steak that was rancid smelling. For 60 bucks that’s terrible. But the drinks were good and it was a nice vibe.

   My experience was perfect. Our server was very attentive. Everyone enjoyed the food. The drinks were perfect.

   We had excellent service, by Brianna, and food for a party of 8, 4 couples. Brianna (sp) took absolute perfect care of my party, from 2 seafood towers, martini's single scotches, etc., and never missed a beat. She is a 3 year veteran and proved it with multiple courses, wine service, salads, entree, dessert and after dinner cordials. We never asked for anything, she was an absolute rock star and made the evening perfect. The BOH did their magic with fresh seafood, salads, properly cooked steaks and sides. I have dined at Chophouse before and had great food, but this was a complete experience. I am an old F&B guy and hard to impress, but everyone was blown away from the meal and service.

    Good food and service, as usual. My only issue was that we were not seated until 25+ minutes after the reservation time. The hostess was confrontational when I asked her about the reason why. There was never any management involvement at that point or at the table. I’ve been here 20-25 times - first time that I can remember a lack of management at this restaurant.
