Churrascaria Plataforma Brazilian Steakhouse est un restaurant de style Rodizio. Rodizio est une méthode de servir la viande qui a pris naissance dans le sud du Brésil au début des années 1800. Le concept consiste à servir une grande variété de différentes coupes de boeuf - surlonge, bifteck de hampe, bouts de côtes, poitrine, faux filet; porc - jambon, côtes de porc, saucisse, longe de porc, cochon de lait; poulet - cuisses de poulet, cœurs de poulet; dinde - enveloppé dans du bacon; agneau, poisson, etc. successivement, à chaque convive individuellement à leur table. Un repas commence généralement avec un voyage au bar gastronomique de salade, qui dispose d'une variété de légumes et de salades composées, en plus de quatre plats chauds. Il vous sera également servi une sélection de plats d'accompagnement à votre table. Le plat principal, le point culminant du repas, va commencer lorsque vous retournez votre carte du côté rouge sur le côté vert, pour signaler aux découpeurs de viande que vous êtes prêt à être servi.

Didn’t know what to expect but they bring the different type of meats to your table and they cut bite size portions and you grab it with a certain utensil they gave you it was a new experience but very fun and enjoying , you flip a circle round card green side means keep bringing me meats then if you flip it it’s red meaning don’t come near my table lol also there’s a salad bar you will have to get up and serve your self but they had many options me and my wife loved everything about it will come again !

We haven’t been to this restaurant in quite a few years. On a whim, we went for our anniversary. The service was impeccable, and the food is delectable. Even though the variety isn’t what it used to be, each food item was well prepared and very fresh.

Salad bar was way below par. Felt like a cheap experience with a high price tag. Have been coming here for 25 years but this will be our last time.

It’s possible we were there too close to closing time. Salad bar didn’t appear fresh, several requests for items to come around, long waits on requests, and felt rushed.

For me, it's all about the meat. Very well prepared and delicious. I've been to Fogo de Chão a few times which is a very nice Brazilian restaurant, but the flavor just doesn't compare. As for value, the more you eat the better the value!

Service was great. Met was very good but the salad bar offering left a bit to be desired. The offerings were a bit more limited than other restaurants of this type.
