Each and every Sunday morning, we transform The Circle into a spectacular brunch experience. It’s an elaborate, not-to-be-missed event, sought out by seasoned travelers and Palm Beach locals alike.

Begin with favorites like Belgian waffles, eggs benedict, made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit, then explore our more eclectic offerings, such as imported cheeses and pâtés, pastas, fresh fish, baby lamb chops and carved beef tenderloin. Then discover our raw bar, boasting a sushi selection, domestic caviar station, Maine lobster, jumbo shrimp, oysters and seasonal stone crab (October - May). Last but certainly not least: more than 30 decadent desserts.

We had friends visiting from up north and had tried getting in but we got in today and it was excellent

Expected more - plates left on the table, had to ask for water refills, etc. Service should be impeccable for the cost.

This was the second time we had been here for brunch. Everything was exquisite from start to finish...the food, champagne (NOT prosecco), the service (Adam was not only efficient and helpful but incredibly friendly and sweet) and the ambiance. Walked the grounds afterward for some gorgeous pictures. Will definitely be back!

This experience was everything I dreamed it to be. The food and service were outstanding! My friend and I really enjoyed the live music as well! A special thank you to our server Lilian for going above and beyond to make my birthday super special. She’s phenomenal!!!

This experience is over the top EXCELLENT! If you love opulence, beauty, history, class, fine dining, and customer service at its highest level, you’ll love it here. The Circle Brunch was high class, delicious food and an array of amazing desserts. The Chefs were great! The attention to details was over the top! When we got up to go back to the buffet and came back to our seats, our cloth napkins were folded neatly and fresh silverware was placed. Dirty or empty dishes are cleared from your table immediately. It’s worth every dollar! $$$ We didn’t stay at the resort, only came for brunch. As we were able to stroll the grounds, we will definitely stay on site on our next visit within the year! I highly, highly recommend it! You’ll be glad to you came!

They used to pour champagne before, now it is just brut sparkling wine, although from France and still a nice one. Nonetheless the best branch ever! Highly recommended!

Amazing experience! I highly recommend for special occasions. We celebrated my husbands birthday and the visit of my brother and sister-in-law! The food was so special, delicious and extensive! You must come here for Sunday Brunch at least once in your lifetime! The lobster was so sweet and tender. The desserts were beautiful and delicious. There is nothing on earth like the ambiance and food of the Sunday Brunch at the Circle.

The brunch selection is quite good, but a normal person could never consume $200 worth of food/drink (excluding service charge and tax). The atmosphere is lovely. We would have appreciated more frequent table clearing to provide room for new plate settings. The wait staff was pretty attentive. They do a nice job with birthday celebrations with harp music and desserts.

Gorgeous setting, absolutely memorable. Disappointed in a few things though: “Butter” substitute offered with stone crab and lobster, imitation “maple” syrup served with waffles, and orange juice concentrate (we’re in Florida, folks) in the mimosas. At $200 per person, it goes without saying, this shouldn’t be. Also, an extra hour for brunch would have been really nice; we felt rushed by the two-hour time limit.
