Efficient service for Thanksgiving dinner once we were seated, but we had to wait about 40 minutes for our reservation that was made over a month in advance. Everyone was waiting and upset... luckily the staff up front remained calm and pleasant.

This was one of the best Thanksgiving dinners I have had in my lifetime. Everything was delicious. As you’d expect it was crowded but there was room at the bar to wait and once we were seated the service was flawless. Way to go Clyde’s- we’ll be back for sure.

We love going to Clydes but the meal was a little disappointing. My son and I both had the Turkey dinner but the sweet potato’s weren’t cooked and the stuffing and green beans were cold. My wife had the Salmon which she loved but the carrots and the Brussel sprouts were undercooked and super hard. It was very busy but the food shouldn’t be sent out unless everything is cooked. We were very disappointed.

Our favorite family restaurant for Thanksgiving! Apparently it’s a family favorite for many others as well. Everything was delicious. We’ll definitely go back again.

Our family goes to Clyde's Willow Creek for a Thanksgiving meal to enjoy a special dinner out for the holiday... only this time, it was a disaster. Service was essentially non-existent... and many tables in our section had several similar complaints (from little to no attention, to billing mistakes, etc.) The only saving grace was when another member (Landon) took charge to help remedy the situation. Examples... our table (and others) were sitting in excess of 20-25 minutes without water... much less being able to order. After that, another 15 minutes, Landon redid our order, and it started to move a bit quicker... while the other server (Justin) just didn't seem to interested in serving... avoiding eye contact with several tables all trying to get his attention! The lack of service just ruined the meal.

We have loved Clyde's for decades!! Never done Thanksgiving there and it exceeded our expectations - turkey was more than we could eat, moist and tender. Serving size was very generous. Excellent sides and dessert - we are very pleased!

We have gone to Clydes over the years. And have always loved it. On Thanksgiving, we had the WORST service ever. We waited for 40 minutes to get our drinks. We received them only after the waiter Justin finally stopped by and asked if we were OK. No. Then we didn't get our food until I spoke with a manager after waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Even then it took additional time. The people behind us got their food first. I think they got our order because we had been there for 40 minutes or so when they got there. I ordered dark meat but received white. Then after asking for our waiter yet again, another manager brought out 3 different pies which we never ordered. Then when we got the check, we had been billed for the pies. It was a fixed-price menu for the Turkey dinner. All in all, we were there for almost 3 hours. It was the most frustrating experience we have had. The waiter said he was having a problem with a computer key. He was at the computer quite a bit. We were not the only people who spoke to the manager who I have to say was extremely pleasant. He actually picked up the slack with the orders. What ever the problem was, he should have explained the issue instead of ignoring his customers. We thought they might have been short-staffed, but the other staff members seemed to be doing OK. We are patient people and understand how difficult it can be to work in the service industry. Have never experienced this at Clydes or any other restaurant for that matter. I think we will try another venue next year.
