Clydz is a lively New Brunswick destination with a subterranean atmosphere, reminiscent of a 1920's speakeasy. At Clydz, the fare is anything but ordinary. The menu is comprised of small plates and entrees, ranging from a selection of steaks, scallops, duck, house made pastas and desserts.

The cuisine is not the only element that sets Clydz apart from the rest. The trendy bar, enhanced by fish tanks and fireplaces, offers adventurous martini and cocktail selections.

When making a reservation please keep in mind, tables will only be held 15 minutes past the reservation time.

***Please be advised-If you are dining with us pre-theater, please allow two hours minimum for your stay!

Had a great meal before a show at the State Theatre! The grilled oyster appetizer was delicious. My daughter had the duck and I had the duck confit gnocchi. Both were perfect!

Place was nice. Food was subpar. Portions were generous. Hostess noticed I dropped my fork and got me a new set without asking. Would not come back again though based on food quality. Not bad just very bland. Interesting dishes with great portions and nice presentation. Just no flavor.

The menu was promising, but the execution was poor. The grilled octopus was chewy. The duck breast was overcooked and tough. If they can solve this, the place has potential. Staff is very attentive without hovering. Nice comfortable atmosphere.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food and drinks are phenomenal. The staff is very attentive. Outstanding overall. You will definitely enjoy.

It was the first time I’ve been at Clydz and it was great. The chicken parm pizza was so delicious. Drinks are amazing and service is excellent. Will definitely be coming back.

I requested a booth with the reservation. No booth. Many were empty before, during and after our dinner. I indicated a birthday celebration and the waiter had no clue. We received a candle in a turnover.

I have liked Clydz since the 90s and I still have a good time at dinner there. Good drinks and good food. I'm kind of jaded though. Nothing on the menu wows me. I still think it is one of the best places in NB, but I would love to see a few more unusual things on the menu
