Fashioned after the widely popular coffee café restaurants of Melbourne, The Collins Quarter brings a taste of Australia and the Pacific Rim to Savannah.

By day, The Collins Quarter is a bustling and vibrant café, serving an all day brunch menu and delicious beverages. By night, the café transforms into a candle lit restaurant. Inspired by the rich culinary diversity of Australia, both the daytime and nighttime menus are supported by the freshest produce, interesting meats and delectable seafood; all innovatively assembled by excellent chefs.

The Café offers espresso drinks in all its machinations. A custom La Marzocco machine provides the horsepower for the espresso beverages and cold filtered coffee is courtesy of a handmade Coffee brewer from Korea. Drip coffee drinkers and espresso fanatics alike are sure to be satisfied by the extensive coffee menu.

We went to Collins Quarter to celebrate my birthday. We had the Devil's on horseback, Peaches and Buratta and the Short rib strozzapreti. Our server Desiree did a Fantastic job. The food was So Delicious and the drinks were perfect.

Collins Quarter is a required spot should you want not only excellent food and well-curated beverages, but also a welcoming, friendly, and engaging ambience. We are locals. We have been dining at the Collins Quarter for nearly ten years. While it has always been a favorite of ours, it is now better than ever. The menu is well selected, expansive, and inviting without being challenging or intimidating. I highly recommend the basil salmon. My wife very much enjoyed the pasta and mushrooms in sage. Indeed every menu item seems delicious. The wine list is one of the best curated in the city. Offering selections from around the world, any diner would be hard pressed to not find a beautiful wine to pair with a meal. The service-from the very welcome greeting by the Manager to the attentive and knowledgeable server-is seldom seen in many restaurants at present. High praise to deeply experienced Amir who has renewed Collins Quarter, to Danny the GM who oversaw the tables, servers, and diners in a coordinated dance, and to Hans, our generous, engaging, and knowledgeable server. We also met Oliver, a most excellent chef, who has an excellent menu now but from what we tasted and discussed has some wonderful ideas for even more inviting cuisine. It is a pleasure to see a Collins Quarter rekindled and shining brightly.

We were seated and ordered promptly. My niece headed to the ladies' room and our food arrived before she returned to her seat (less than 10 minutes). Although speedy service is always appreciated this was so fast that it appears the food (salmon and a burger) must have been previously prepared and merely re-heated. The serving size of those dishes were generous and my husband and niece enjoyed their meal. I ordered the peach and burrata salad which was described as "fresh burrata, golden georgia peach salad, basil & sunflower pesto, candied spiced walnuts." What I was served was a couple of peach slices, a baseball sized piece of burrata, pesto, what appeared to be withered golden raisins and a couple of plain walnuts all atop a pool of so much red oil of undetermined origin that it was inedible. Having dined at Collins Quarters before I expected better.

The food was SO good! And it’s a very cute and aesthetic place to eat. The service was a bit slow, but being able to take drinks to go made up for it!

Great ambience, delicious food, and excellent service. Two people in my party have nut allergies and we were provided a list of all of the dishes with the potential allergens included in the meal! Couldn’t have picked a better spot to celebrate my best friend‘s bachelorette. Highly recommend!
