Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella a la Valenciana, Roast Pork a la Cubana and fresh seafood specialties.

Don't miss the Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared with our delicious, freshly made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo.

Relax outdoors in our café or courtyard, or inside our Tapas Bar or Mediterranean-style dining rooms filled with hand-painted tiles and family heirlooms.

    This was my first time here and it’s a beautiful restaurant. I loved that there was outdoor dining. The place was busy and there were plenty of servers. Our server took about 10 minutes to greet our table, didn’t think too much of it since it was busy. We got the 2 seafood tapa and 1 regular tapa platter. We ordered the crab cakes, scallops and empanadas. The portion was perfect for 4 people. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Our entrees were very good too. My only feedback for the food was the yellow rice which was too mushy for our liking. It’s nothing against the restaurant, the flavor was good just a little mushy for us. The reason I didn’t give a higher mark for the service was because we were seated between 2 large parties and even though our server had to walk past us, he rarely checked up on us. We work in the industry so we get why since there’s an automatic gratuity for large parties but it would’ve been nice for him to check up on us on his rather than us flag him down every time. He was not along serving the large tables so it was possible for him to check in especially having to walk pass our table. Again, doesn’t reflect the restaurant just the one server. He was polite when we did interact with him but we felt like we were forgotten. We would come back again, the food is really good!

    We visited in a beautiful, sunny day and sat out in the veranda. Efrain was our server and he was fabulous. As he described the food and drinks, he incorporated the history of the Columbia restaurants and the family who has owned them for generations. At Efrain’s suggestion we ordered the Cava sparkling sangria pitcher. And also the 1905 salad, both made at tableside and very enjoyable to watch. We enjoyed the Spanish bean soup, salad, and Cuban sandwiches. Also enjoyed the warm Cuban bread with soft butter, and dessert coffee. Will recommend highly and return!

    Always a go to restaurant for lunch or dinner while in Celebration, Fl. Class is Cuban and Spanish dishes that even my friend from Spain is impressed with.

    The 1905 salad was a HUGE disappointment. Drenched in salad dressing, soggy lettuce, yuck!! The Cuban sandwich was good. Will not return. Glad we attempted based on the reviews, but not for us.
